SUMMARY:NPA SmartSkills: Unconscious Bias and Beyond
DESCRIPTION:SmartSkills is a free\, virtual course for postdocs who are members* of the National Postdoctoral Association (NPA). Monthly classes are taught by experts and focus on building skills critical to career and personal success. \nUnconscious Bias and Beyond \nTuesday\, April 25 at 3 p.m. ET\nRegister to attend \nBiases and barriers at an interpersonal and systemic level impacts an individual’s growth\, successful interactions between teams\, and mismatch in expectations.
