DESCRIPTION:Wednesdays: 1/29\, 2/26\, 3/26\, 4/23\, 5/14 at 3:30 pm\nRegister for the Thesis Therapy workshop (any date)\nFacilitator: Lex Enrico Santí\, LCSW \n“Thesis Therapy: Navigating the Emotional Journey of Graduate Writing” is a CAPS workshop designed to support graduate students facing the emotional challenges of thesis and dissertation writing. Through a blend of narrative therapy\, creative arts therapy\, and mindfulness techniques\, participants will address the psychological barriers that impede writing progress. The workshop offers therapeutic writing exercises and group discussions\, fostering resilience\, self-compassion\, and creative freedom. Guided by professionals skilled in both therapy and academia\, “Thesis Therapy” provides a supportive environment for overcoming writer’s block and managing academic stress\, promoting personal and academic growth.

You will learn evidence-based mentoring techniques and engage with tools that you can use right now to enhance your mentoring practice.
