SUMMARY:NPA SmartSkills: Unconscious Bias and Beyond
DESCRIPTION:SmartSkills is a free\, virtual course for postdocs who are members* of the National Postdoctoral Association (NPA). Monthly classes are taught by experts and focus on building skills critical to career and personal success. \nUnconscious Bias and Beyond \nTuesday\, April 25 at 3 p.m. ET\nRegister to attend \nBiases and barriers at an interpersonal and systemic level impacts an individual’s growth\, successful interactions between teams\, and mismatch in expectations. DESCRIPTION:The Northeastern Association of Graduate Schools (NAGS) s pleased to announce the 2023 Three-Minute Thesis (3MT) Competition. This year\, the virtual event will be hosted by the University of New Hampshire. The 3MT competition will feature winners of each NAGS member’s local competitions\, with the NAGS winner and runner-up being sent to the next Council of Graduate Schools national competition. \nThe competition will be held live via Zoom.
