This workshop, led by Dr. Sharon Milgram, director of the Office of Intramural Training and Education at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), will discuss techniques for having difficult conversations, resolving conflict, and giving and receiving effective feedback. While this session will have a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) focus, those from all fields interested in this topic are welcome to attend.
