We will discuss oral vs. written offers, negotiating salary and benefits, and other concerns for the transition from interviewing to being hired.

Managing My Lab: Staffing and Administration

We will discuss managing your lab: hiring and managing people of all levels, equipment needs, budgeting, and other administrative needs.

Fostering Growth: Mentoring for myself and my team
Thursday, December 7th from 12 pm – 1 pm
In this session, we discuss mentoring and how this critical skill helps your own growth and development, and that of those around you.

Effective Networking
Monday, January 8th from 12 pm – 1 pm
We will explore how to build a good network, maintain those crucial connections, and to leverage the network you have built.
