Graduate Student Improv Club Invites New Attendees

Graduate students making playful hand gestures

~ February 5, 2024 ~

The Grad Student Improv Club is a space to play improv games, meet others, laugh, and unwind after a long day. They don’t audition, and they don’t rehearse for major performances — the focus is on having a good time. The club is open to all grad students and especially welcomes international students. You do not need previous improv experience to join.

What is improv theatre? A form of performance where dialogue, action, story, and characters are created collaboratively by the players in the present moment without the use of an already prepared script.

The club meets weekly on Mondays from 6 to 7 pm in 388 Uris Hall. Feel free to stop by or send an email with any questions to gic.cornell@gmail.com.

Join the club on Campus Groups or follow on Facebook to keep updated on meetings.
